“Wigle Whiskey is the first distillery in Pittsburgh since prohibition and their product is making its first appearance in DC this Thursday at Arrowine & Spirits at 2175 K Street. In addition to a free cocktail, there will also be free empanadas after 6:30 courtesy of DC Empanadas.
