Yes!!! So nice to have a healthy lunch option within a 30-minute walk from my office.

30 Min walk? That’s like 14th and U to Georgetown. Cover a lot of ground for lunch…good work.

I work east of here… not a lot of options nearby. It’s not something I would do every day, but there’s a handful of times a year where I don’t have anything to bring for lunch so this will be nice!

Yeah, but this area ain’t 14th and U.

What development is above it? Anyone know where I can find a list/map of the developments in the area?

I think it’s all apartments above. The building will also have a VIDA/Bang/Aura and a Harris Teeter!

This is the same building where the Harris Teeter, Vida, and Takorean are going in as well.

Here’s a map sortable by development type: http://www.capitolriverfront.org/development/by-type/residential

Thanks! My girlfriend and I biked by there last weekend but we forgot the name. Were curious on the prices, etc.

I think pricing starts at $2100 for studios, and goes up to something crazy like $4500 for two-bedrooms.

Tried to post some links a few hours ago but they’re not going through. The JD Land blog has photos of the apartments if you’re curious.

  • Has anyone ever paid $0 for one of these things? If so, what reaction did you get?

BTW Sweetgreen has a nice mobile app you can use to order and pay ahead of walking in to pick it up! There is a Sweetgreen right behind my condo and I’ve been meaning to use them more often.
