Department of Transportation also wish to remind motorists in the vicinity of this event to proceed with caution, as increased pedestrian traffic can be anticipated.”

“A thrilling new track layout was unveiled for Volkswagen Rallycross DC, the third round of the 2014 Red Bull Global Rallycross Series taking place on the RFK Stadium Festival Grounds June 21-22. The exciting 0.5-mile, combination tarmac and dirt course features 10 turns of varying radius and speed, and the famous Red Bull Global Rallycross jump.
“We think it’s pretty cool to offer professional racing right here in our nation’s capital, and certainly Volkswagen Rallycross DC will be one of the District’s most exciting events of the summer,” said Erik A.
