Reminds me of a Facts of Life episode.. .Jo’s friend’s nickname was Cougar b/c that’s the car her dad could have bought if she wasn’t born. I’m sure it was some don’t have sex message, but I was too young to understand so I just remember thinking that was a cool name.

Gorgeous. IMO 1968 was the sweet year for American cars. I’ve had a ’68 Ranchero and ’68 Galaxy and loved them much.

A friend of mine has the convertible version of this car, and it is extraordinary. I had no idea it boasts a 7.0L (!!!) engine. No wonder it’s so loud it turns heads while driving down the street.
