“ Mandalay only had a one day preview night last week — not a grand opening and are not open for regular service yet.”
The OP who originally sent word writes:
“I talked with someone at the Silver Spring Mandalay location, and he said that they are “aiming for the 17th” for an official opening date for the DC location. They’re still processing paperwork that will allow them to open full-time.”
