The park looks great. It could easily be a top 10 US urban park.

Right now its vastly underutilized. Hopefully in the next 10 years or so that neighborhood will take off and this will become more integrated into the urban fabric (alla the High Line in NYC or Millenium Park in Chicago).

It’s doing pretty well, considering it’s a tucked away in a quiet area and you have to walk through a lot of construction sites to get to it. When the weather’s nice there are festivals and concerts and fitness programs being held there almost every day, and I’m always seeing people doing wedding/engagement photos there. I’ve been savoring the relative peace and quiet of this park because I know it won’t last long, especially once the Lumber Shed and Boilermaker Shops open up.
