8:00pm – 12:00am | FREE!D.C.-based folk combo The Stick Mob plays a lively blend of bluegrass, old-time, folk, and country music. The band was born from a group of friends in Washingtons Adams Morgan neighborhood getting together on cold winter Sunday evenings to play music over a few glasses of wine and some bowls of home-made chili and cornbread. Within a year, they evolved into a tight, entertaining ensemble that plays subway stops, house parties, farmers markets, coffeeshops, wine festivals and music halls, whenever their demanding, world-saving jobs allow, jokes mandolinist Marcos.
