  • I’m a sucker for “then and now” photos of places. I would love to find out what the 2100 block of P Street NW looked like before the 1970s…particularly the stretch where the Westpark sits today. I found one photo that gives a tantalizing hint on shorpy.com, but that’s all.

      I think the then-and-now photos are amazing. I love to see the changes, which are sometimes dramatic.

    PoP, this would make a very nice series. There is a haunting nature to these photos juxtaposed to the present. I love them!
