    Brussels sprouts are highly under rated. Sauteed with garlic? Excellent.

      They’re especially good when roasted in the oven with garlic.

      They used to underrated but now they’re super-trendy. I agree that they’re best roasted or in a simple saute.

    Brussels sprouts are my favorite vegetable by far. Sauteed with garlic and pinenuts with a squeeze of lemon – so good!

    Easy quick meal:

    Brussels sprouts, butter, garlic, pine nuts, and either red wine vinegar or lemon juice sauteed low for no more than ten minutes poured over your favorite pasta and a garnish of red pimentos and your choice of cheese and parsley.

  • Here’s the recipe. I’m a new (reluctant) convert to Brussels Sprouts. The bacon made me do it.
    Obvi I didn’t have penne :)
