After the jump a found cat at 9th and Quincy St, NW:

“Dear PoP,

I found a young black cat in Petworth tonight on Quincy and 9th while walking my dogs. She might be pregnant, cannot be sure. She has a broken tip on her tail and is probably under a year old. Attached is her picture with my friend. She is declawed in the front and friendly. I love her, but she might be someone’s cat.”

If this is your cat please email [email protected]
