I’ve been meaning to share this for weeks. I passed this on New Hampshire Ave, NW in Takoma Park heading towards the beltway. Is this the most random store ever? I really have no other commentary other than to say, at the risk of being insensitive, that imagining what these wigs might look like made me very very happy.
