I knew they were getting close to opening when I saw the new awning up at 604 11th St. NW. Turns out they’ll be opening Nov. 13th and WBJ’s Missy Frederick shares more good news:
“Crumbs will give away 1,000 cupcakes at the downtown location for the opening.”
