After the jump a lost cat in Capitol Hill, a happy dog with owner and “Ready for a lion cub photo that’ll melt your heart?”.

I’m happy to report that yesterday’s lost dog has been reunited with his owner.

“Dear PoP,

Just wanted to let you know of a desperate search for a cat named “Cat Cat” in Capitol Hill. She’s a bright white-footed calico who left this past Saturday, October 2 at 15th and C st SE. Green eyes, spayed, tortoiseshell. She’s microchip tagged as 0A116715D5 with the name “Jinkies.”

My girlfriend Alison’s in a frantic search for her, putting up posters, going to the NY ave shellter and distributing 200 flyers door-to-door.

ANY info is appreciated at [email protected]. There is a reward for Cat Cat’s safe return.”

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
