Judging Buildings – Update on Porter Street Residences

These buildings are really progressing nicely. Here’s what it looked like in Oct. ’09. According to previous commenters they will be “private residences for Chinese diplomatic staff”. It is located on located on Porter St, NW east of Connecticut toward Rock Creek Park and Mt. Pleasant.
