This building is located on S St., NW right next to the old Garden District and soon to be Crepes on the Corner, just east of 14th Street. It seems like the renovations have been going on for some time and is finally wrapping up. It looks great from the outside. I’ll be sure to keep a close eye on this one to see what goes in.
