“A for sale sign just went up at the house on the corner of 13th and W Streets NW. This one breaks my heart because it
looked like it used to be a corner store and would have been a great place for a little neighborhood market or cafe.”

I agree with the reader that this would have made a great little cafe but I’m definitely still happy it is no longer an ugly eyesore. What do you think of the renovation? It nearly made house porn status – it’s going for $974,900…
