W Street, NW between 14th and 15th Knows How to Throw A Block Party!

I’ve come across many block parties in my walkabouts but this one may take the cake.

They had a whirly bird! A real whirly bird! For a block party. That is the coolest I’ve seen. (It was on Saturday.)
