IMG_3468

Sadly this is a topic we’ve been discussing far too frequently lately. So here’s an opportunity to have a “vigorous dialogue with key government representatives”. Thanks to the many readers for sending the following info:

At-Large Councilmember Phil Mendelson, Chairman of the Council’s Committee on Public Safety & the Judiciary, has scheduled a forum to address neighbors’ concerns about public safety issues. The primary purpose of the meeting is to encourage questions and facilitate vigorous dialogue between neighbors and key government representatives. Along with Councilmember Mendelson, representatives from the Metropolitan Police Department as well as the US Attorney’s Office will be on hand to add their expertise to the discussion.

The forum will take place on Thursday, February 5th, from 7-8:30 pm. It will be held at the Patrol Services and School Support Bureau Community Room (801 Shepherd Street, NW – the ROC building).

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
