Not the Type of Car I Expect to See Parked on One’s Lawn

I’ve been skewered in the past after voicing my objection to lawn parking but I guess I’m a glutton for punishment. I still think it is terrible. And if you have a nice Mercedes, I’d imagine you can have a proper driveway. So remind me again, why is it alright for people to park cars on their lawns? After the jump check out a photo of the type/condition of car I normally see parked on lawns.

I am so with you concerning lawn parking…. It’s as tasteless as unbuttered grits.

Reuben- “as tasteless as unbuttered grits” is now added to the official Parkwood Person lexicon. I love it.

Parkwood – might I donate “as logical as a two story out-house”

    …think about it.

There is a car parked near the corner of Taylor and Illinois that has two flat tires, is rusted, and yet is never towed. It looks like that car “The Chameleon” from that SNL skit about the car that is rust-bucket looking on the outside (but luxurious and beautiful on the interior) in order to deter car thieves. It’s been sitting there forever….

Thanks, Parkwood. Feel free. But please dont eat any! (unbuttered grits, that is)
