  • since “closed for renovation” seems to be the new way to say “closed permanently” I wonder what will happen??

    • Please don’t make comments like that without actually knowing what’s going on. A similar comment was made about Bar di Bari possibly closing and it set off a wild conversation about why their business plan was a failure when actually they just decided to not be open on Mondays. It can hurt successful businesses for no reason. PoP commenters jump to conclusions way too fast sometimes.

      • Prince Of Petworth

That is a fair comment but in the case of Bar di Bari they actually did close without giving notice anywhere that it would only be for Mondays. Especially after they had always been open on Mondays. So it’s not exactly the same thing.

  • They definitely aren’t closing permanently — a good friend of mine has been working on the renovations plans with them for a few months now. I’m excited to see how it all turns out!
