I think this is the first one I’ve seen over a door that didn’t have numbers. I like it.

What style is this called? Very simple but elegant kind of like this new guppy I just bought.

While I like it, it is kind of boring. I mean maybe a more boring name for a home would be “the Irving”. I don’t know. What about “the Vermillion”. Now that has a nice ring to it. The Jason? I’m afraid it’s a bit weak. Of course there is probably some sad story related to “Jason” and if that is the case I apologize. Nevertheless, long live the Irving!

I definitely think this is of the old school variety. Can you tell the difference between old stained glass and newer stained glass? What do you look for?

And some pretty nice stonework as well. Do yo call that stonework? Does that craftsmanship have a proper name I’m not familiar with? Whatever it’s called, it’s pretty sweet.

The two things that I wish my house had were some sweet stained glass numbers and a nice vestibule with that fresh tiling that goes half way up. I’m still looking for vestibule pictures, if you have one hook a PoP up! Please.
