From June 13 to June 28, 2026, thousands of purple flags will stand in Washington, D.C. as a public demand for a national response to migraine and headache disorders. Each flag represents approximately 1,500 people living with these conditions in the United States.
Speak Out for Headache Health is a public awareness and advocacy event, featuring remarks from patients, advocates, clinicians, researchers, policymakers, and community leaders highlighting the urgent need for improved headache care, research, education, public awareness, and policy action.
This event is organized by The Headache Alliance and Alliance for Headache Disorders Advocacy in partnership with community organizations and advocates working to improve the lives of people living with migraine and headache disorders.
