August 8: Collagraph printmaking
In celebration of our Joan Miró exhibit, join us for Miró inspired art workshops with the Kreeger Museum teaching artists Jeneen Piccuirro, Susan Hostetler, and Cheryl Edwards. Each artist will present a different medium drawing inspiration from the Kreeger’s Miró Collection. Explore monoprinting, painting with india ink, and collagraph printmaking in this three-part series.
Workshops will be from 1:00-2:30 on July 11, August 1, and August 8. Come for one, two, or all three!
This workshop is designed to meet the needs of adult artists ages 16 and up. No artistic experience is required for this workshop, just the willingness to create.
