The spook-tacular Little Goblins Parade begins at Ross Elementary, with a musical parade down 17th Street to trick-or-treat at local businesses and ending in a party at Stead Park with games, music, a bouncy slide, crafts, and snacks! It’ll be a treat you won’t want to miss!
This event is brought to you by Friends of Stead Park, Ross PTA, Garrison PTO, Foundry UMC, Protest Pizza, Keegan Theatre, and DC DPR with support from local businesses and organizations.
