The leaves are just beginning to turn, and fall is upon us! (In case you can't tell – we can't wait for the turn in seasons!) We’re excited to invite you to the 21st Annual Fall Fun Day at Mitchell Park!
This year’s celebration will feature all the family favorites — join us in your Halloween costume or your best fall outfit!

This year’s Fall Fun Day highlights include:
👻 Haunted House – a spooky neighborhood favorite
🎃 Pumpkin Painting – decorate and take home your own pumpkin
🎶 Live Music – tunes from the Mitchell Park Jam Band
🚒 Fire Truck – kids can climb aboard and explore a DC Fire truck
🍩 Fall Treats – snacks, popcorn & our annual bake sale
🎨 Crafts & Activities – face painting, hands-on fall crafts, and a moon bounce
🌍 Community & Embassy Booths – connect with 20+ city and community organizations
🍔 Food Options – the Surfside food truck will have a variety of tacos, burritos, enchiladas and salads available for purchase
Representatives from a number of city and community organizations will join the festival, including the National Postal Museum, Embassy of Slovenia, DC Public Library, the Phillips Collection, Washington Area Bicyclist Association and more.
