This one’s from Cuba!

The reader pictured above writes:

“I left a lot of clothes there – the country is incredibly poor – and I gave the shirt to a woman I met.”

I’m happy to know that there will be a nice lady wearing a PoP t-shirt around Cuba.

On a side note I recently found out that the PoP Web site is blocked in China. Wild, yeah?

From a very lucky reader:

“I was just in St. Lucia and went on a tour of the banana plantations and rain forest.”

“Just wanted to share with you a picture we took in Argentina this summer, to show you how far your tee-shirt has traveled! This was taken in Humahuaca, Argentina, in the Northwest Province. You should start a contest where people take pics all over the world with your tee shirt on!”

If you have cool spots national or international with a PoP t-shirt be sure to send me an email. Right on.

It is always so great to meet the folks behind the names. It was truly a pleasure to meet you. Enjoy your shirts! And thanks to the folks at Red Derby for being such gracious hosts. For those who missed this one the next one will be in the Spring when we can enjoy the warm weather.

Odentex, Christina, Bogfrog, Kelly, Project KB, Columbia Heights Chic, Pauper, Lazy Cake, Kelly, Susan, and Reuben. I’m sorry for the folks who I left off. Despite my claim, this was a very unscientific method. For those who didn’t win you’ll be able to purchase a shirt for $10 at the launch party to be announced soon. For those who did win, you’ll have to email me directly at [email protected] so I can confirm you are who you say you are at the party. Stay tuned for party details which should be finalized in the next week or two.

Lots of great changes are on the rise here at PoP. I’m currently in talks with a web developer to really spruce up the site. And I’m making T-Shirts. But these T-shirts won’t be for sale. They will be free to our loyal readers. I’m going to hook up my favorite and most active commentors. So if you have any ideas for what you’d like to see on the t-shirt let me know now plus let me know if there are any new features you’d like to see on the site. And I’m going to get a new camera so my photos can actually be identifiable. So that is why I have added advertisements to the site. I want to supplement the out of pocket costs for these new developments. So support the sponsors by clicking on an ad! If you find the ads really obnoxious let me know that as well. I really do appreciate any feedback you may have on how you’d like to see the site develop.
