I saw a bunch of these fliers around the Logan Circle Area (this one was outside Whole Foods on P St.). Do you think they’ll recoup the cost of the signs?

I like it. I’m just not sure I get why there are wheels?

Hmm, the Richelieu. What do you think of when you hear the name Richelieu? The Three Musketeers? Wikipedia says, Cardinal Richelieu “sought to consolidate royal power and crush domestic factions.” Interesting choice for a building name…

“Over 1500 pieces of baby clothing”. That seems like a lot. Do most babies require so many clothes? My attorney and his wife are expecting and I’d like to give them a heads up if this is indeed the case.

Do you think having a lock on a small front gate like this is more trouble than it’s worth? It seems like a criminal could hop over it pretty easily but would be a real pain for you to open every time particularly if you had groceries… Sweet slate walkway though.

I noticed this poster for sale on Columbia Road in Adams Morgan. You know, this is the little “market” on the sidewalk outside the church where you can get books, socks, and apparently college dorm collages. How awesome would it be to have this random collage of random folks hanging in your home? Or do I just have a bizarre sense of humor? I can’t believe I didn’t buy it… dibs if it’s still there next weekend!

Basia Bulat? I don’t know her work but I’m fairly certain she will rawk! Always nice to see an old photo of Woody Allen as well. I dare you to look at the Woody Allen photo and not break a smile…

I thought this was a pretty cool picture. For some reason I found it very peaceful. So for those in buildings – how important is it for you to have a balcony? For those purchasing condos, or renting new digs, is this a must have?

Last Thursday was the Ethiopian New Year (on the Gregorian calendar). It has just turned 2001!
On a side note here is a picture of an Ethiopian stew that was being made outside a church near my house. It smelled delicious. I had some language barriers with the folks I was talking to but I did learn it is very spicy…

Oddly this was found in the window of a locksmith on Columbia Road. Right on, right on.
