These two photos by quigley_brown are wild. I’m not sure how he altered them but they almost look like paintings. Above is titled, “The Kiss” from Lafayette Park near the White House.
Below is titled “The Dress” from 17th Street, NW.

This is an amazing photo, as has come to be expected, from Bogotron. Notice the contrasting expressions with the woman on the left and the guy at the right. Amazing.

I thought it was interesting how similar these two photos (right next to each other in the flickr pool) were, by two different photographers. Above was taken by djwpetworth of Vermont Ave. by the 9:30 Club.

I was struck by the contrast of the signs above with the old building (taken by ewilfong).

And I thought the above was just totally random. Probably would have been good for a caption contest…
