3414 11th Street, NW

“Smoothie & Juice Bar
We can’t say much… but something juicy is coming soon
2026”

Thanks to Jeremy for sharing with us:

“Signage is up for a new juicery called “La Jugueria” – exciting addition to 11th St in a long vacant property!”

Back in June 2025 we learned that:

“Medical Cannabis Retailer, DC Garden Hill, coming to the long vacant space on 11th Street in Columbia Heights but a juice shop will be on the first floor and the medical cannabis retailer will be located upstairs.”

Scuttlebutt confirmed!

STAY TUNED for more on both.

70 N Street, SE

Thanks to FJ for passing on from Chicken + Whiskey:

“To our Chicken + Whiskey community in the Ballpark District: We are incredibly grateful for all the love and support we received through the years in Navy Yard. 🧡 Thank you!

This isn’t good bye – please join us in Chicken + Whiskey on 14th Street this 2026 and beyond! 🍗🥃” (more…)
