I like how this one is set back from the building to the left. I also think the mini balcony is pretty cool.

I don’t think I’ve given much attention to the incredible homes around Logan Circle. Obviously this house is sick but I’m wondering what stone was used? It’s hard to believe that many would not consider purchasing homes in Logan Circle not that long ago.

I kind of like the odd shape. And the aged brick is working as well. Pretty interesting shape for a rowhouse, yeah?
