This is one of the nicest bungalow renovations I’ve seen. I found it up in North Country. By the by does anyone have $150,000 I can borrow?

I thought this was an unusual one especially with the roof like that. Pretty fresh though.

This house kinda reminds me of Paris a bit. Anyone else see it?

This house really struck me because in addition to it be a cool house it also has a huge side yard that I was thought was unusual on a block jammed packed with rowhouses. I wonder how some homes like this have side yards. It is a very rare sight.

Looks like a normal row house but I suspect that is a sweet roof deck and skylights are always fresh…

A very nice house in and of itself but this a bonus historical house. Again, I love stumbling upon these.

This is one of the biggest rowhouses I’ve ever seen. Pretty sweet though. It also happens to be right next door to the HOTD I posted earlier in the week.

This is from downtown DC in Penn Quarter. It reminds a bit of NYC when you have a house like this between two tall buildings.

And a historical one to boot. I know there are maps where you can find where all these historical houses are but I kinda like just stumbling into them…
