This house is so sick I thought it was a Church. Nope it’s a house. It’s one from the amazing Normanstone-Woodland neighborhood.

This beauty is from Cleveland Park on Newark Street. I love the windows and the lines on this house. Plus the wrap around porch is pretty sick. Man, when my trust fund kicks in…

Yeah, ok, perhaps it is condos but I gotta give props to this structure. We judged this one, located on V St. between 13th and 14th, before it was fully completed and I think it came out looking really good. It’s not the most traditional but I dig a little modern flavor from time to time.

I think I got a month’s worth of houses of the day from Crestwood.

I really liked the section up top, haven’t seen any like this on a rowhouse before.

This beauty is getting renovated up in Crestwood. I really liked the contrast of the left side roof with the deep slope on the right side. Probably makes for some cool looking rooms inside. If it ever goes up for sale I’ll be sure to post.

I thought this one was pretty cool because it’s pretty unusual to see a bay window in brick like this.

Here is the house a reader mentioned from the 4800 block of Colorado Ave., NW across from Carter Barron. I made the mistake of walking to Logan Circle first then backtracking up here when I remembered. I was totally thrashed by the time I got here but it was well worth it as you can see.

I’ve featured this door before but walking on the other side of the street, I realized this house has an incredible roof deck. This is part of what makes this blog fun for me, I can walk down the same street a hundred times and notice 100 different things about it.
