I really liked the difference in the three styles from floor to floor. A pretty cool stand-alone from Georgetown.

While I think this one is split into apartments I still love the building. It hits the trifecta for me – ivy, fire escape and big circular windows. I know it’s not everyone’s favorite, but I seriously dig it.

A friend of mine loves this house. It’s from Truxton Circle. I think it’s the first rowhouse painted black I’ve ever seen. Do you like the colors?

Every now and then I gotta throw a re-PoP up. Cause I was walking past this one on S Street just east of 18th and it could very well be the coolest rowhouse in DC. Right?

I really like how the third level looks on this rowhouse in Columbia Heights.

Here’s another near the Naval Observatory on 34th Street. It kinda reminded me of the home from My Big Fat Greek Wedding…

This home located on Monroe Street, NW at the corner of Brown is one of my favorites in the city. It’s been getting a facelift and looks even better now.

I thought this was a very unusual one as you can see it has like two kinds of borders one at the top and one around the door. I’ve never seen a style like this before. This is located off Mass Ave. on Rock Creek not too far from the Naval Observatory.

Here’s another interesting example from 16th Street Heights. I was mostly taken with the turret in the middle but am also wondering what you guys think about the contrast of the red brick with the formstone?
