In and of itself not super cool. But since this is fronting a parking spot I thought it was pretty cool that there was such a nice garden in an ordinarily scrappy place.

This is the entrance to an apartment in Columbia Heights. Not a bad place for a morning cup of coffee either.

A great wild one on both sides of the stairway. This is from the block of Arkansas near Rock Creek Park that has that great row of houses.

Ponds are the coolest. This one even had some fish in it. It still boggles my mind that the fish don’t get eaten by cats, raccoons, etc.

I had written about this garden a couple of months ago and promised to check it out again when it filled out if I could find it. I found it. Unbelievable. (From 14th Street Heights)
