I know I keep saying this but this one may be my new favorite. Here’s another angle:

Pretty amazing, yeah? This is a carriage house, right? One of the bigger one’s I’ve ever seen. I guess the only drawback is that you have to live in an alley but for this one I think I could deal with that. Would you?

For the curious it’s located on Fraser Court.

Looks like a normal row house but I suspect that is a sweet roof deck and skylights are always fresh…

A very nice house in and of itself but this a bonus historical house. Again, I love stumbling upon these.

This is one of the biggest rowhouses I’ve ever seen. Pretty sweet though. It also happens to be right next door to the HOTD I posted earlier in the week.

This one is located on the 2800 block of Sherman. Thumbs up or down?

Keep in mind it looks like it has a sweet roof deck:

This sweet building is located at 1117 L Street, NW. I’m totally digging the curved windows and balconies. What do you think – thumbs up or down?

I’ve also liked this building located at the corner of 16th and U. Does anyone know it’s history?

And a historical one to boot. I know there are maps where you can find where all these historical houses are but I kinda like just stumbling into them…
