I’ve never seen one that had an extension like this before. Do you like the contrast or do you think it is too strong? And overall, thumbs up or down?

It’s also got a great balcony:

Wow. I’ve never seen a frame like this one. I think it looks pretty cool, you?

Bunch of cool ones up in Crestwood. Ed. note: I somehow managed to get lost while walking around Crestwood but found some sweet houses that way. I must of looked insane to folks as I was mumbling “where the hell am I” over and over again and then stopping to take pictures. Ha. Sorry bout that.
Sweet details on this house.

The Old Post Office Pavilion is located at 1100 Pennsylvania Ave, NW. I think this is one great looking building. You can read about its history here. Do you dig the style?

This is a wild one I found up in Crestwood. Got a bit of a Middle Eastern flavor. Do you think it works?

I can’t walk by this house without taking a photo. It is so wild. You almost feel like you’re in Europe…

Crap, I didn’t get the name of this building but it is located across the street from today’s ‘Good Deal or Not?’ on Belmont Street. I think the building itself is nice if not spectacular. But what is spectacular is the view:

I’d imagine every unit on the backside has an incredible view. All great spots for a morning cup of coffee… What do you think of the building itself?

Another Brookland beauty.

Quite a difference from what it looked like in March. I really like how it sorta sticks out into the street. I also like the angles. I’m still not a big fan of the tan brick though. Looking good to ya?

I think this is actually a bed and breakfast today. You can see it’s located on the corner of New Hampshire and Swann Streets, NW. No doubt, it’s pretty sweet whatever its function.
