This is a wild little porch area. I understand the need for security but barring up the whole area seems a little isolating.

I dig this little walkway. I imagine it leads to a sweet courtyard where folks are drinking wine, arguing with each other in Italian, eating a huge midday meal while an ancient grandmother sits off in a corner with a bemused look on her face.

Do you think this house was ever one residence? The split colors crack me up. I think I prefer the yellow…

You can only see this part of the condo on Kalorama from the alley. But it is the most futuristic building I’ve seen in DC. I bet the rooms on the inside are pretty wild. What is that material, copper? After the jump you can see the condos from the front. (more…)

Located at 1534 15th Street this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom is going for the tiny sum of $1,190,000. Pretty fresh house house though. Worth it?

Perhaps you’ve walked or driven by this building a lot like I have. It is really exceptional. Good to know DC Parks and Recreation have such nice digs.
