Ed. note: Bastards pronounced bah-stah-ds for full effect. If anyone has a roof deck on their rowhouse send me some proper photos please.

A cool rowhouse in its own right but then I saw the top floor. If you look closely you can see it is a sunroom of sorts with curtains that can open up. I guess that’s a sort of sunroom pop up. Very cool though. I give it a thumbs up.

What do you think of the Beauregard located at 11th and V? Do you like the name? I kind of like how the window stick out on the left hand side of the photo. Thumbs up or down?

Alright it’s the little red thing hanging from the porch that got my attention.

I’ve never seen a row that looks like this anywhere else in the city. This row is located on 13th Street just north of Cardozo high school. Does this style have a particular name?

A couple of weeks ago I wrote about the wall falling down on this building. Well they fixed it. The thing is the bricks don’t match the other bricks? Is that weird? Do you think it looks ok with mismatched bricks?

We’ve had some fun judging new construction but I passed a really cool building last weekend that I’m curious for your opinions. It is located at 2633 16th Street and appears to be an apartment building. It’s pretty wild, yeah? Do you dig it? If so do you like this style better than the more modern buildings?
