I stumbled upon a whole row of sick carriage houses. This one was particularly nice. I’m not sure if I prefer the stucco to brick…which do you prefer? (Brick carriage house can be seen after the jump.)

This is a pretty cool building at 1225 13th Street. I’m not sure if the photo does it justice. Can a particular style be applied to this building? Thumbs up or down?


Those two windows coming off the side are wicked fresh.


Particularly nicely painted ones. There I said it.  Do you support the blue?  For the record these are the exact colors of the French soccer club, Olympique de Marseille…


I don’t think I’ve given much attention to the incredible homes around Logan Circle. Obviously this house is sick but I’m wondering what stone was used? It’s hard to believe that many would not consider purchasing homes in Logan Circle not that long ago.

I’ve always loved this building just east of 14th Street on Florida. I believe it is a charter school now. It’s got great details. What is this style called? Any other fans out there?
