As I spike my coffee, I suspect I might fall off. But for those more responsible this is a pretty sweet spot.

This is a wild little porch area. I understand the need for security but barring up the whole area seems a little isolating.

So in the hierarchy of cool places to hang out, what is the order of balconies, porches, and roof decks. I guess roof decks have to be number one, yeah?

The balcony itself isn’t so amazing but after the jump take a look at the view. Unbelievable. I think I’d install some propane heaters to sit out there and enjoy this view year round… (more…)
