No townhome can match The Florian’s lifestyle, with its amenities, doorman, parking, and views. Every detail of The Florian has been designed with care and attention. Immerse yourself in the Acqua outdoor spa, unwind on the Cielo terrace with its breathtaking views, and redefine your work routine at the La Dolce Vita roof lounge and coworking space.

Cook up a feast in the Paradiso gourmet kitchen, savor a bottle or two of wine with friends by the Adagio rooftop lounge with panoramic views of the city, and then work it all off in the Forte high-performance gym designed by the fitness gurus at Homage (known as the personal trainers of Scarlett Johansson and Olivia Cooke).

Be Part of a Cultural Renaissance

The Florian offers luxury living and a gateway to a vibrant cultural tapestry. This is where you belong — connected, cultured, and cleverly positioned for the best of D.C., all without breaking the bank (The Florian).
