Experience Arlington’s largest free outdoor music festival at the 33rd Rosslyn Jazz Fest! Households may drop off any amount of latex or oil-based paint, stain, or varnish. Paint must be in sealed, original container with original manufacturer label. We cannot accept aerosol coatings, solvents, or other hazardous waste. Businesses may drop off any amount of latex paint, but limits may apply to oil-based paint.
