Win $500 Worth of Groceries at Glen’s Garden Market!

[sponsored_by name=”Glen’s Garden Market” url=”http://glensgardenmarket.com” logo=”https://www.popville.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/04/Glens-Market-ID_120x60.png” byline=”Glen’s Garden Market offers the Chesapeake Bay watershed’s finest environmentally sustainable, locally grown foods”]

At Glen’s Garden Market, neighbors enjoy ready access to the Chesapeake Bay Watershed’s finest produce, meat, poultry, dairy, beer, wine, coffee and grocery in a space that celebrates both locality and seasonality. A wide selection of offerings highlights the region’s finest farmers, ranchers, brewers, vintners, roasters and culinary artisans. Nearly 100 percent of the store is sourced locally and therefore minimizes its environmental impact through decreased transportation emissions (and maximizes freshness and nutritional value).

In addition, Glen’s Garden Market features a full range of house-made creations, which include sandwiches, salads, soups, pizzas, sauces, stocks and all sorts of fabulously delicious things. The Chef uses the same wonderful foods you can find in the store to create his menu, which means it changes constantly.

A featured communal eating space serves as a venue for talks, classes and demonstrations on nutrition, sustainable agriculture and healthy cooking.

The store features a small “forbidden zone” shelf dedicated to products essential for healthy cooking, but unavailable indigenously, such as olive oil, salt and Martinelli’s apple juice.

Glen’s Garden Market is open daily from 8 am – 10 pm and its team of locals is very open to ideas for new programs, suggestions for new products, and simply getting to know its neighbors.

Glen’s is generously giving away $500 OF GROCERIES (plus some extra goodies) to one lucky PoPville Reader!!! All you need to do is fill out the form below to opt-in to their newsletter… and you can earn additional entries by following Glen’s on Twitter, liking them on Facebook and sharing the contest with your friends.

For many remote workers, a messy home is distracting.

You’re getting pulled into meetings, and your unread emails keep ticking up. But you can’t focus because pet hair tumbleweeds keep floating across the floor, your desk has a fine layer of dust and you keep your video off in meetings so no one sees the chaos behind you.

It’s no secret a dirty home is distracting and even adds stress to your life. And who has the energy to clean after work? That’s why it’s smart to enlist the help of professionals, like Well-Paid Maids.
