Columbia Heights neighbors and business owners are launching the first ever Columbia Heights Eats Week, September 7-13. Over a dozen spots, including The Artemis, Buddy's DC, Chicatana DC, The Coupe, El Jardin Mexicano, El Rinconcito II, Fraiche, KooKoo, Letena Ethiopian, Mood District Coffeehouse, Pho Viet, Queen's English, RedRocks, The Wonderland Ballroom, and Zeba Bar, will offer special menus, discounts, and limited-time items throughout the week. The event is organized by neighbors, local businesses, District Bridges Columbia Heights Main Street, and Advisory Neighborhood Commission 1A. The timing leads up to and overlaps with Mt. Pleasant's Art All Night on Friday, September 11, giving neighbors and visitors a chance to support Columbia Heights small businesses before heading over to Art All Night later that evening.
