Slow Food DC invites you to our upcoming local cheese and beer tasting event with our Snail of Approval winner Paste and Rind at Henceforth brewery and wine bar. The event will feature 4 local cheeses from George’s Mill Farm in Virginia that will be paired with 4 of Henceforth’s beers, with a tasting experience led by cheesemonger Kara McGrath.
