“Just wanted to let you know that barista in chevy chase DC is having their soft opening. I went by there today and they said they are planning to have their grand opening in a few days.
Cappuccino was good. They dont have their pastries yet, but there was nutella croissant that I know my kids will like. Hours are going to be 7am-6pm and they will have wifi.
The only disappointing thing was that they are only going to have one style of drip – blend of medium/blond. I understand that this probably makes sense economically, but I prefer dark roast.
Regardless, I do like the fact the fact that they are supporting the local art community by hanging/selling art on both walls.”
