We got on the D60 heading towards Mount Pleasant from P Street (Friday, June 26.) We smiled at each other at the bus stop,
and I sat across from you on the bus intending to say hello. I chickened out because I was already feeling nervous about heading to a party where I only knew the host. The bus came to a very abrupt stop and we both fell in our seats and laughed about it. You got off at Irving and I spent the rest of the evening wondering who you were. Do you want a do-over at Daily Provisions?”
