Central Table – Volume Two

Central Table, in broad terms, is an intimate dinner with 16 to 18 fellow foodies designed to spark connection, conversation, and community spirit. One of my main goals for this is to bring people together who may have never crossed paths, yet share a desire for good food, good energy, and authentic human connection.

Guest will enjoy a beautifully curated chef guided four course meal served at a shared table where the atmosphere is warm and intentionally welcoming. Durning the dinner I will share stories about the food, in some cases where it came from, and why it inspires me. Menus for these dinners are arranged a little bit differently. Each course is a chapter in a volume. I believe that chefs tell a story with their food and that’s exactly what I have set out to do.
