Join us on Saturday, November 23, from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. for the 36th annual Ten Thousand Villages Craft Market, Bake Sale, & Rug Event at Hyattsville Mennonite Church (4217 East-West Highway, Hyattsville, MD 20782).
Get started on your holiday shopping with Ten Thousand Villages and support diverse artisan cultures from around the world! Explore holiday decorations, home décor, art, textiles, handmade jewelry, accessories, and food items like olive oil and chocolate, all of which are certified fair trade and help create sustainable, long-term relationships in places where skilled artisans struggle to make a living wage.
The bake sale features homemade pies, cookies, whoopie pies, and other baked goods, with all proceeds going to organizations in the Hyattsville area, including the PG Plaza Day Center, which supports our unhoused neighbors.
Finally, there will also be hand-knotted heirloom quality rugs and pillows from Bunyaad available during the market hours on Saturday, with a special preview opening night on Friday, November 22, from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.
There is parking available at the church, which is also close to the F4 and 86 Metrobus routes, and in walking distance from the Hyattsville Crossing metro station. We look forward to seeing you!
