Experience the Best of Both Worlds at Glick Court

Glick Court is an urbanist’s dream come true. Located just a block from the Shaw Metro and only moments from 14th Street corridor, Glick Court is Shaw’s most sought-after new townhome-style condominium community.

Tucked into a quiet alley in the heart of D.C., Glick Court is a collection of 6 condominiums that provide the best of both worlds: a peaceful retreat and quick access to the city’s best entertainment and retail including the 9:30 Club, Right Proper Brewery, Howard Theatre, Bonobos, Warby Parker and Modcloth.

Featuring a spacious layout, contemporary finishes and just the right amount of urban flair, Glick Court’s final 3-bedroom residence is available for immediate move-in.

Residence #2 offers a two-level floorplan with over 1,300 square feet of living space. Secure gated parking is included with purchase and additional storage space is available.

Our final home’s 3-bedrooms and 3-baths are divided across two levels, giving residents the ability to entertain or enjoy the privacy of a multi-level floorplan. Other features include a gourmet kitchen with gas cooking and a vented hood, 9’+ ceiling heights and modern technology including a Nest thermostats and Ring doorbells.

No detail was spared at Glick Court.

Potomac Harmony is Back! Following a gap year of competing, then virtual rehearsals during the pandemic, followed by the well-earned retirement of our long-term director, a year of a director search, Potomac Harmony hit the regional contest stage in Concord, North Carolina in March for the first time since 2018! It was exhilarating, reaffirming, and rewarding!

The chorus hit all of its goals, the biggest of which was to have fun and sing our best on contest stage — we did both! Because we earned a score over 400 points, our new Director, Allison Lynskey, was awarded the Novice Director award, photo above. Additionally, one of our charter members, Jackie Bottash, was nominated for and honored with the Leadership Excellence award. It was a celebratory weekend!

What’s next? So much! We now look forward to upcoming performances, growing our membership, and expanding our musical product with new arrangements and an education component each week. It’s an exciting time to be part of this ever-growing ensemble!
